Saturday, May 4: Chefs Table theme is the spirit of Cinco de Mayo. Menu consists of chicken tortilla soup, shrimp crevices, chicken mole, lamb machacado, melon salad, beef tenderloin carpaccio, carnitas maranta, and dessert. Musical entertainment by the wonderful singer-songwriter, Michael Magee. Along with many originals, he performs classics covers with his own personal, unique twist.
