A Feast for St Patrick’s Eve – Anraith Pea (Pea Soup), Bangers with Colcannon, Rollaí Cabáiste (Cabbage Rolls), Shamrock Salad, Prátaí (Potato) Farl, Bradán Deataithe (Smoked Salmon) on Irish Soda Bread, Raca Uain (Rack O’Lamb) on Minted Mushy Peas.

Dessert…these things and more…music by the incomparable Keith.
