SATURDAY, March 10 To hurry along Spring we are having a Texas style Smokin’ Bar-B-Que for the Chef’s Table at the Big Easel! Menu includes King Crab Corn Chowder, Texas Shrimp, New Braunfels Smoked Pork, Heritage Cowboy Beans, Blackened Catfish, Smoked Ribs, San Antonio Rice, Austin Brisket, Fixin’s, and Desert.
