SATURDAY, JANUARY 13 Chef’s Table 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.

Saturday’s Chef’s Table features well marbled New York Strip Steaks, with a very limited amount of American Kobe available (reserve your portion ASAP!) We have raided Menno, German, & Ukrainian larders! We are bringing home the Canadian Bacon & more; Poutine, Varenike, Mennonite Farmer’s sausage, Hearty heritage beans, Canadian Bacon, German Spinach Salad, Entr√©e of well-marbled Steak and Fixin’s, and Apfel Kuchen for dessert.
