      pork dusted with sage ash…
      salmon avec maple syrup

Cilantro-Parsley Sou[ Athena, Shrimp Poseidon, Spanakopita, Beef Tenderloin Aphrodite, Chicken Apollo, Salat, Roast Pork Artemis with Lemon Roasted Potatoes, Dessert Dionysus. Add the virtuosity of Larry Seiler to round out a perfect evening!
